Course Objectives:

Upon the completion of this training, participants will:

  1. Understand facility requirements for compliance with state rules, including ownership, agent ID cards, licensing, signage, location & design of facility, security and inspections.
  2. Understand dispensary requirements for compliance with state rules, including patient education, transaction requirements, reporting of theft, contaminant controls, packaging and labeling, and disposal of unusable product.
  3. List the 7 minimum training topics for all employees per state rules.
  4. Thoroughly understand the seed to sale tracking requirements and its interface with the statewide tracking system, known as METRC.
  5. Know the limits of transporting the product for compliance with state rules.
